Overview
PokerTrack Pro is a personal session journal for poker players. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
Data We Do Not Collect
PokerTrack Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party. We have no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no user accounts.
Data Stored on Your Device
All session data you enter — including buy-ins, cash-outs, venues, stakes, notes, and bankroll information — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
This data never leaves your device except to sync privately to your own iCloud account (see below).
iCloud Sync
If you are signed into iCloud, PokerTrack Pro uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your session data privately across your own devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.
Apple's iCloud privacy policy applies to data stored in iCloud. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.
In-App Purchases
PokerTrack Pro offers an optional Pro subscription processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's App Store privacy policy governs all purchase transactions.
Apple Watch
The Apple Watch companion app communicates directly with the iPhone app using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. No data is sent to any external server through this connection.
Children's Privacy
PokerTrack Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts and collects no personal data.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
